This approach gives consumers the freedom to choose the services they receive, who delivers them, and how their care is managed—putting them firmly in the driver’s seat of their own wellbeing. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in this empowering model by delivering personalised care that supports people to live independently in their own homes or within Residential Aged Care facilities. Your work will span personal care, cleaning, meal preparation, transport, and social support—tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each consumer. This role requires flexibility, empathy, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with consumers, their families, and health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes. Looking for a change in scenery? – Health Ancillary About You: WHA5 Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position and at least 560 hours satisfactory in-service experience. WHA4 Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position. WHA3 Current drivers' licence and willingness to drive. Current police clearances (refer Criminal History Clearance Requirements clause).
