About the Role
We're on the lookout for a motivated
Junior Recruiter
who's eager to kick-start their career in recruitment. You'll work closely with our team, supporting the end-to-end hiring process while developing your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced recruiters, gain hands-on exposure to the industry, and grow with a business that's making waves.
What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Writing and posting engaging job ads to attract top talent
Conducting initial phone screens and shortlisting candidates against role criteria
Coordinating interviews and managing communications between candidates and clients
Building and maintaining candidate talent pools
Assisting with compliance checks, reference checks, and onboarding paperwork
Keeping accurate records in our recruitment systems (JobAdder/Onboarded)
Supporting recruiters and account managers on client projects
What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or administration is an advantage – but not essential
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people
Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn about recruitment
Tech-savvy, with Microsoft Office 365 skills (JobAdder/Onboarded experience a bonus)
A team player with a positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people find the right opportunities
