You'll make an impact by:Conducting primary and secondary research, including qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, ABS and other publicly available data, literature review, social policy, social engagement outcomes and best practice trends in a range of social planning mattersUndertaking social planning methodologies, including social impact assessments and social infrastructure planningProviding strategic advice, and identifying and delivering social value across a wide range of projectsWorking collaboratively with colleagues across Urbis to lead fee proposals and tender responses, and deliver multidisciplinary projectsDeveloping client relationships by building trust, managing expectations and providing high-quality advice to internal and external clients on impacts and issues affecting communitiesPreparing for and presenting effectively in a variety of forums, including client meetings, council presentations and community information sessionsCoaching and developing individuals with the team, as appropriateAbout you.We look for talented people who are purpose-driven and thrive in high-performing, inclusive and collaborative environments.
