About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, providing up-to-date information about their vehicle repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has entrusted their car to skilled professionals.
* Ensure a welcoming environment at all times.
* Check in all customers as they present for assessment and inspection.
* Provide a caring and professional service during all customer interactions, building trust and rapport.
* Manage the customer's return to collect their vehicle once repairs are completed, addressing any concerns or issues.
