**Responsibilities**:
Set among the rolling hills, on the banks of Greenock Creek, Hentley Farm is a premium single estate winery and highly awarded restaurant, located in the acclaimed western ridge of the Barossa Valley winegrowing region.

This diverse and exciting role works closely with the Operations Manager to administer, facilitate and coordinate the various tasks required to drive the success of the People, Sales (Export and Trade) and General Admin areas of Hentley Farm.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
General Administration
- Successfully achieve the various general administration requirements of the operational areas of Hentley Farm
- Be the point of contact for suppliers
- Manage the office environment and logístical needs

Sales Administration
- Co-ordinate the process of despatch for export & domestic trade sales
- Complete the various export documentation requirements
- Being the central point of contact for our trade clients and trade sales teams regarding dissemination of sales information and collateral.

HR Administration
- Co-ordinate all paperwork and processes re people
- Maintenance of training registers, licence and WHS compliance.

We are a small team and from time to time we all may be called upon to assist outside of the specifics of our roles.

In successfully playing this role you will be expected to influence outcomes across the various areas of Operations. It will be important for you to build professional relationships with the various stake holders.

Previous experience in roles within related areas and an understanding of the wine industry will be highly regarded although demonstration of attention to detail, resilience to hurdles and communication skills are the attributes that matter.

Most important is your ability to work with the whole Hentley Farm team by showing that you bring an authentic professional approach, act with honesty, strive for excellence, and enjoy celebrating wins along the way.

There is flexibility for the right person to play the role with flexible working hours, and an element of remote working.
