Position Details
- Full-time or Part time depending on applicant. must be able to do minimum 25 hours per week.
- Salary $65,000 plus superannuation for full time.
- Location: Work from home
- Management - Supportive millennial manager. First weeks training in person in Maddington
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all customer interactions for your allocated states or territory.
- Conduct credit assessments and write consumer leases.
- Handle a regular amount of collections work.
- Order stock and track delivery.
- Enhance the overall customer experience.
**Must-Have Qualifications**:
- Dedicated home office space for two monitors (provided).
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Strong phone manner.
- Previous work-from-home experience
- Customer service or sales experience
**Preferred (but not essential)**:
- Experience in consumer leasing or credit.
- Certificate IV in Credit Management.
- Collections Experience
