The Role:
This is an onsite Building Manager position overseeing approximately 150 apartments across well‐maintained luxury developments. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* End‐to‐end building management
* Regular site inspections and identifying potential issues
* Managing gardener and pool contractors across both sites
* Liaising and reporting to Body Corporate
* Overseeing common property
* Handling resident queries with a customer‐focused approach
* Minimal after‐hours involvement
The Candidate:
Previous experience in building management OR a strong desire to step into the role and learn
* Customer‐focused with a proactive and practical mindset
* Confident communicating with contractors, residents, and stakeholders
* Comfortable working onsite and taking ownership of the buildings
