Requirements:
* Prior experience in a high-volume call centre environment is advantageous (though not essential)
* A strong customer-first mindset and effective problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
* Confidence working independently within a small team
* Familiarity with Microsoft and/or cloud-based CRM systems
