About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to people living with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
We also offer sponsorship opportunities for qualified and experienced candidates who are currently in Australia and looking to continue their career in the disability sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, and dignity
* Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
* Support clients to participate in community, social, and recreational activities
* Follow individual support plans and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
* Administer medication (where required and trained)
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members
* Uphold workplace health and safety standards and company values
Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing quality care
