Commercial Manager
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong commercial acumen and contract management skills. The Commercial Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of contracts, managing commercial risks and opportunities, and developing effective working relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and experience in commercial contract management within a defence, aerospace, or security environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, review, and negotiate contract change documentation with the customer in support of the project.
* Monitor contract performance to delivery schedules and other terms and conditions with project management.
* Escalate areas of concern or major contractual issues immediately to the VP Commercial.
* Ensure compliance with commercial policies and governance requirements.
* Represent the company in external negotiations with responsibility to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
What You'll Need:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent degree.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong management skills with ability to implement and execute change management.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and professionally across functional teams to achieve goals.
* Experience in commercial contract management ideally within a Defence, aerospace or security environment to exceed sales, profit and cash objectives.
