We're seeking a dedicated, organised and solutions‐focused Roster Coordinator to support our Coolum team by ensuring our care services are consistently and efficiently staffed.

About The Role
As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high‐quality care by ensuring rosters are created, maintained and aligned with operational needs, budgets and compliance requirements. You will work closely with the Residential Services Manager, wider Sundale teams, and external service providers to coordinate and administer rosters, leave schedules, daily adjustments and staffing communication.
What You'll Do
* Prepare rosters aligned with site structure, service needs and budget
* Allocate shifts in accordance with Enterprise Agreement conditions
* Maintain correct staffing levels and skill mix through daily changes and relief coordination
* Confirm staff licensing, checks and eligibility to work
* Coordinate and administer leave schedules
* Ensure team member timesheets are accurate and submitted on time
* Work closely with Residential Services Manager on attendance issues, overtime approvals, and roster variations
* Respond to rostering queries from staff
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
* Experience in rostering or coordination roles (essential)
* Strong time management and ability to prioritise competing demands
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills
* High computer literacy and adaptability to new systems
* High‐level interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment
* Positive attitude and a solutions‐focused approach
