Key Role: Administration Assistant
This role is responsible for providing high-level administration support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across the practice.
* Preparing and formatting tax documents, reports, and client communications
* Coordinating ASIC annual reviews and company registry changes
* Liaising with the ATO and managing follow-ups
* Managing reception relief and client-facing communication
* Maintaining CRM and practice management systems
* Proofreading, editing, and ensuring document accuracy
* Assisting with workflow tracking and general team support
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a professional services environment (ideally an accounting practice or similar)
* A strong sense of accountability and initiative
* High attention to detail and a sharp eye for accuracy
* Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and modern cloud-based admin tools
