As Chef De Partie you'll support the Chef de Cuisine to direct daily kitchen activities and prepare our delicious food - helping create memorable experiences for guests - whenever and wherever they dine. You'll also provide support to ensure quality, kitchen maintenance, and inventory functions kept to our high standards - to make sure the kitchen is always running smoothly. A little taste of your day-to-day: ? As a key player in the kitchen, you'll transform every meal into a visual and culinary delight while managing supplies, equipment, and minimizing waste. ? You'll oversee your section, lead the kitchen team, and ensure seamless coordination with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality. ? Your role includes developing new menu items, training and developing team members, and maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards ? You'll also manage stock control, cost efficiency, and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. ? Additionally, you'll contribute to creating a safe and compliant work environment by reporting hazards and health issues. What We need from you: ? Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider ? Great communication - you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload ? Team player with a collaborative approach to work ? The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts ? Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol - you'll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language ?
