We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to work closely with Product Managers and delivery teams to facilitate high-quality outcomes and maximise value delivery to the business. In this role, you will champion Agile ways of working, support continuous improvement, and help optimise team performance. You will also contribute to the implementation and maturation of Agile practices at a portfolio and program level, partnering with business stakeholders to provide guidance and build Agile capability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams to deliver high value outcomesWork closely with Product Managers to plan, prioritise, and deliver work effectivelyPromote Agile principles and practices across delivery teams and stakeholdersSupport portfolio and program level planning using Agile methodologiesFoster a culture of transparency, collaboration, continuous improvement, and servant leadershipAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on Agile practices and ways of working Essential Skills and Experience Broad experience as a Scrum Master within a software application development environmentStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and negotiate using a collaborative and consultative approachProven facilitation skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and empowering teamsDemonstrated experience managing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholdersAbility to lead through influence rather than authoritySolid knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and related approachesExperience contributing to large-scale or enterprise Agile transformations (highly regarded)Strong independent problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to plan, prioritise, and implement strategies within a large, complex organisation
