Join Our Team as the Melbourne Attraction & Engagement Senior Associate
As the Melbourne Attraction & Engagement Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving a business-focused early careers strategy. Your efforts will leverage relationships with students, faculty and career advisors across high schools and universities to enhance our brand visibility while ensuring a smooth and inclusive candidate experience. This will enable PwC to attract, engage, and retain diverse and high-caliber talent aligned with our objectives across Australia.

What you'll do:
* Implement and support the attraction and engagement strategy to effectively target, attract, and retain top Graduates, Vacationers, and Trainees from varied backgrounds at universities and high schools in Victoria to boost brand visibility and strengthen our talent pipelines.
* Lead and manage end-to-end event coordination for networking events, workshops, assessment centers, and more.
* Foster relationships with PwC representatives to ensure we have effective ambassadors at events.
* Execute a seamless preboarding strategy to retain our new starters from contract return through to their start date.
* Design and deliver webcasts, newsletters, and offer celebration parties for incoming early career candidates.
* Collaborate with early careers recruitment managers to screen and shortlist candidates for our assessment centers.
* Work closely with the business, branding, recruitment, onboarding, and programs teams to deliver an exceptional, seamless candidate experience with support from our offshore team.
What we're looking for:
* A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
* Experience in marketing, event management, and/or recruitment.
* Preferably experienced in managing relationships with high schools, universities, and student societies.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* A methodical thinker with project management skills, or the capability to learn quickly.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
