Housing Administrative Assistant – Flexible Role

* Records Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records;
o Ensure records are easily accessible and retrievable;
* Document Preparation:
o Compile documents as required;
o Edition and formatting of documents;
* Team Support:
o Support team members with administrative tasks;
o Assist with coordination of meetings and events;
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration support, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and flexibility. This is a flexible role that can be done remotely, but occasional onsite work may be required.
