The role
We help young people in out of home care:
4. Health support: administer and document medication and follow health support plans
5. Active support: meal prep, dressing, transportation, social outings, plan for and achieve daily goals
6. Positive behaviour support: manage behaviours, triggers and escalations
7. Safeguarding: ensure safety of you and the young person, documentation and reports
About you
8. Demonstrated motivation to work with young people
9. Available to work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights
10. Current paid working with children check (or willingness to apply)
11. National police check
12. Valid driver’s license
13. First aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
14. Qualification - hold or be working towards a relevant diploma or degree
