Your New Position
Reporting to the Franchise Partner and supervising a small customer service, barista and kitchen-based team you’ll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety, in addition to:
* Maintaining stock levels
* Assisting with recruitment and training needs
* Executing marketing initiatives, identifying new opportunities where possible
* Leading a small team to give our Soul Origin customers an excellent experience.
* Responding to customer enquiries as required
* Mentoring up-and-coming team members, to ensure the successful operation of the store at all times
What You Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will possess the following:
* A minimum of 2 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE as a Fast Food, Café or Restaurant Manager
* Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
* Proven ability to confidently lead a small team
* Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade
* A current Food Safety Certificate, knowledge of specialty coffee will be advantageous
