The position: Contract: Ongoing, Part-Time, 68.0 hours per fortnight
As the Administration Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of daily operations at Maddocks Gardens, keeping everything running seamlessly. You'll take the lead in coordinating resident admissions and documentation, supporting roster and payroll queries, and ensuring data is accurate across a range of systems. Your role will also drive key office functions including reporting, correspondence, and meeting coordination, while providing agile, day‑to‑day support to staff, residents, families and in collaboration with other administration team members within the facility.

Key criteria required:
* Certificate of Business or Business Administration with minimum 2 years' experience in administration in a professional environment
* Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person centred manner and proven capacity to consider activities, decisions and outcomes from the perspective of the consumer or end-user.
* Excellent administration skills with a good knowledge of document production, file management, agenda preparation and minute taking.
* Ability to provide excellent data entry and data coordination with high levels of accuracy
* Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with high attention to detail.
