Executive Assistant to CEO Role

Key Responsibilities

* Meeting Coordination: They will coordinate meetings, correspondence, and governance processes ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* First Point of Contact: As the first point of contact, the Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the CEO, Board of Management, and other departments, providing prompt and professional assistance to resolve inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
* Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: The ideal candidate should possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Strong Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and communication are essential for success in this role.
