Join a well established and reputable automotive dealership with a strong customer focus and a busy service department. Due to increased demand, they are seeking a professional and organised Service Administrator to support the team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As the Service Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the service department. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
* Coordinating customer appointments and technician schedules
* Processing job cards, warranty paperwork and service documentation
* Updating CRM and dealership systems accurately
* Liaising with customers regarding work progress and collection times
* General administrative support to the Service Manager and wider team
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in administration (automotive industry desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
* Confident working with computers and dealership systems
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
