What You'll Do
Drive Per‑Opening Sales Strategy
* Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing the complete opening sales plan
* Identify high‑potential corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments for launch
* Build an opening pipeline and secure early business to ensure a strong day‑one pickup
Build Market Presence Before We Open
* Conduct practice sales calls, site tours, sales blitzes, and client engagements
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and community functions
* Partner with marketing to support opening campaigns, digital activation, and brand‑building activities
Lead Revenue‑Generating Activities
* Negotiate corporate contracts, group rates, and long‑term partnerships
* Create proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations that win
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand shifts to adjust strategy as needed
Shape Commercial Foundations
* Contribute to sales SOPs, CRM setup, reporting standards, and
