About The Role
This role provides an exciting opportunity to further develop your career in a fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to business growth as part of a small but dynamic Supply Chain team.
Key Responsibilities
The key areas this role will be involved in include inventory planning, production management, stakeholder relationships, as well as quality support. Responsibilities will include:
* Weekly and Monthly analysis of supply & demand requirements
* Coordinate the supply of inbound and outbound raw materials and packaging.
* Develop a weekly production plan
* Daily order planning, batch order preparation and pick lists
* Place purchase orders for raw material, consumables and packaging.
* Organise inbound and outbound logistics
* Ensure stock & order requirements are met to ensure full compliance and traceability requirements.
* Conduct stock reconciliations on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, to ensure physical SOH matches system SOH, and aging stock is managed effectively.
* Maintain regular communication with suppliers for supply volumes/size mixes/grading days/operational issues
* Support the preparation of supply, service level and sales reports as required.
* Play a critical role in supporting quality events in terms of quarantining stock, providing relevant product information and manage customer replenishment as applicable.

* Previous experience in a Supply Chain / Production Planning role with FMCG (food) experience
* Relevant degree qualification
