The Role: This is an opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to play a key role within a multidisciplinary design team, contributing across all project stages—from early concept through to delivery. You will work closely with architects, urban designers and landscape architects, leading the interior design component on a variety of projects including workplace, civic, residential and mixed-use developments. The role suits someone who enjoys both design thinking and technical delivery, and who thrives in a collaborative studio where interiors are integrated into broader project outcomes—not treated as a standalone discipline. Key Responsibilities: Lead interior design packages from concept through to documentation and delivery Develop strong, design-led responses aligned with project briefs and client objectives Prepare presentations, mood boards and high-quality visual outputs Coordinate closely with architecture and consultant teams to ensure integrated outcomes Produce and oversee detailed documentation using Revit and associated tools Manage client relationships and contribute to stakeholder presentations Mentor and guide junior designers within the interiors team Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high design standard Skills Required: 7-10 years' experience in interior design, ideally within a multidisciplinary or architectural practice Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent Strong design capability with the ability to translate concepts into built outcomes High proficiency in Revit, with capability across SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite Demonstrated experience delivering projects from concept through to completion Strong understanding of Australian codes, standards and construction methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work across multiple projects and manage competing priorities A collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in integrated design outcomes To Apply: Please call Leigh Monro on 0451 674 977 or apply via the links.
