Human Resources Specialist
This role is a great opportunity for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to staff and managers across the organization, with a focus on building relationships and capacity in people management practices.
About the Role
The Human Resources Specialist will work closely with staff and managers to provide HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing training and support to employees.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Valid Police Check
- Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Victorian Driver Licence
- Current COVID-19 vaccination (recommended)
