What will you do?
* Lead and inspire a team, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to standards
* Manage inventory, stock and orders to maintain smooth operations
* Drive revenue by implementing upselling and promotional strategies
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism

* Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards

* Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ)
* Duty Manager Certificate (DM)
* Food Safety Certificate
* Experience in workforce mobilisation and team development
* Supervisory experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
* Guest-focused, energetic, with strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
