Duties/Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of a small portfolio.
* Coordinate maintenance and liaise with landlord's and trades.
* Handle tenant interactions, including leasing processes, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
* Hybrid - Senior property manager duties, BDM & managing another property manager
The Successful Candidate:
* QLD Certificate of Registration
* 3+ years of experience in Property Management
* Drivers license
* Previous experience in Real Estate/Reception
* Drive to grow a department and become a leader
* Outstanding organisation and time management
* Immaculate presentation
