About The Opportunity
A strategic digital transformation project is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead business analysis.
* Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
* Develop detailed process maps and documentation of current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes.
* Translate business needs into functional requirements in collaboration with the ICT team.
* Contribute to project artefacts including use cases, test plans, release plans and business readiness materials.
* Provide strategic input and regular progress updates to senior leadership.
* Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple areas ensuring business needs are understood.
Key Deliverables
* Expansion of online forms to streamline case creation and updates.
* Implementation of operational reporting and analytics tools.
* Improvements to integrated telephony including satisfaction surveys and call analytics.
* Usability enhancements to the D365 system.
About You
* Proven experience working as a senior Business Analyst in a federal or large enterprise environment.
* Demonstrated experience working on ICT-enabled business transformation projects.
* Strong knowledge of case management systems ideally with experience in Microsoft D365.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience in Agile and traditional project delivery environments.
* Strong analytical and documentation skills.
