Training and Development Manager
The Training and Development Manager is responsible for ensuring the Processing Team has the necessary skills to operate and maintain the processing plant and associated infrastructures safely and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a comprehensive skills matrix for the processing team and continually monitor and coordinate training requirements of all operators to ensure skills requirements are met.
* Identify individual training needs and develop relevant training plans tailored to each operator's skill level.
* Review and maintain a current and effective induction and training program for all processes, ensuring new personnel receive adequate orientation and training.
* Develop and maintain training and assessment tools, guaranteeing training materials align with legislative requirements, company policies, and procedures.
* Coordinate and facilitate face-to-face area-specific training sessions, conduct relevant area orientations for new personnel, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
* Collaborate with HSE to review company inductions, ensuring currency and relevancy of material pertaining to Processing.
