Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development specialist to join our team. As a business development specialist, you will be responsible for representing the initial point of contact with our partnership network and ensuring the development of our partnership network by engaging and recruiting new partners.
* Initiate contact and qualify potential partners; understand their business, capabilities, values and processes to make sure it matches with our business model.
* Analyse and understand the partner's profile, their challenges, pain points and business needs and determine how we can build a win-win relationship
* Show the product by providing personalised demonstrations of Odoo
* Quote and negotiate conditions for collaboration.
* Understanding the target market by developing and sharing new ideas on how to effectively grow Odoo's partner network
You will deal with a pipeline of opportunities and will be responsible for increasing Odoo's presence in Oceania by finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell and implement Odoo.
The ideal candidate is a quick and autonomous learner who has an entrepreneur mindset and is not afraid to take appropriate initiatives. They should have high school diploma or higher, passion for software products, perfect written and verbal English, highly creative and autonomous, good business knowledge and logical thinking skills, excellent communicator, like to negotiate and achieve sales targets, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
