MADEC Australia’s Employment Services focus on supporting individuals experiencing disadvantage across NSW and VIC. We provide assistance to reduce social, physical, and other barriers to employment, helping individuals identify their strengths and develop skills to improve life outcomes.

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Job Coach to join our team in Horsham, Victoria. This community services role offers the opportunity to collaborate with local services, agencies, and organizations committed to making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged individuals. As a Job Coach, you will play a key role in guiding individuals toward meaningful employment and contributing to community success.
What You’ll Do
Engage with individuals to define job goals and address barriers to employment.
Assist with job search strategies, application preparation, and interview techniques.
Explore career pathways and support transitions into the workforce.
Build partnerships with employers to match talent with opportunities.
Provide ongoing support during the early stages of employment.
What We’re Looking For
No prior experience in employment services? No problem! We value enthusiasm, positive energy, and a desire to make a difference. You will need strong administrative and time management skills, as well as a valid Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
