Your new role
As the Agency Coordinator, you'll be the vital link that keeps the Fuller team running smoothly. This dynamic and fast-paced role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage daily office operations including reception, hospitality, supplies, and workspace presentation.
* Coordinate meetings and events, including room setup, catering, AV, and post-event wrap-up.
* Provide executive support to the MD and GM, including diary management, travel bookings, and meeting prep.
* Maintain agency-wide scheduling across teams, locations, and events.
* Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, and WHS compliance.
* Liaise with IT providers, manage hardware/software setup, and maintain asset registers.
* Assist with finance tasks such as reconciliations, petty cash, and billable hours reporting.
* Provide admin support to client service teams including document formatting, invoicing, and database updates.
* Support marketing and business development through meeting coordination, EDMs, and CRM updates.
* Lead coordination of Fuller's ethical initiatives including B Corp, RAP, and Climate Active reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
* Demonstrated experience in Administration, extremely well organised with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively with attention to detail.
* A confident and warm personality with a sense of fun and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
* A systems-oriented problem solver, who picks up software and process quickly, with experience in Mac and Google workspace being highly regarded
* Excellent personal presentation and a proactive approach to maintaining office cleanliness and love
* An interest or skills in marketing and social media desirable
