Reporting to the Director of Customer, the Business Development Manager will work as part of a Team of Six.
The Business Development Manager will identify growth opportunities and develop and implement strategies to win and increase the sales of CyberCX products, services, and capabilities within the Australian market, primarily in their region.
About you:
* You will have previous Cyber Security Sales experience from Australia, ideally the WA region.
* You will have sold cyber to mid-market clients and be keen to expand your portfolio.
* Passionate about leading Cyber Security Solutions and building long-lasting customer relationships.
* Keen team player, confident running engagements end-to-end, and works well as part of a collaborative team.

The Business Development Manager will identify growth opportunities and develop and implement strategies to increase sales of CyberCX products, services, and capabilities within the Australian market, primarily in their region.
The Role:
* Business Development within a warm, predefined territory.
* Own your customers' experience and journey, from solution proposition through transition to delivery.
* Maintain strong knowledge of CyberCX service offerings and present them confidently and intelligently.
* Develop and implement new sales initiatives to drive new business.
* Respond to customer requirements, including requests for quotes, proposals, and tenders.
* Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints regarding sales and service.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years of previous sales experience, with at least two years in Cyber Security.
