Job Description
Skillfully provide high-quality and timely Wills and Estate Planning services to the NSW community. Utilize your expertise in drafting planning ahead documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship. Independently handle complex client matters and contribute to team performance within the Wills and Estate Planning Network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in drafting and executing Wills and Estate Planning instruments that are legally compliant and to a high standard.
* Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Problem-solving and solution-focussed approach to work.
* Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant discipline or industry.
