The Role:
We are seeking experienced Casual Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference.
This position is based at our shopping centre site in Broadbeach, Gold Coast, QLD. You will be responsible for providing security services at the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests, and visitors.
Serivces include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, management of emergency situations, and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.
Role Requirements:
* Current QLD Full Security Licence with Crowd Control
* First Aid Certificate
* CPR Certificate
* Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
* Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
* The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
* The ability to complete reports using various platforms
* Excellent presentation, well-groomed, and corporate appropriate
* High level problem solving skills
* Ability to respond to emergency situations
* Valid work rights in Australia
* Ability to work shifts up to 12 hrs
* Availability across 7 days / nights
Roster:
You will be employed on a casual basis covering shifts ranging from days, evenings, and nights as required.
