Salary: $37.00/hr + super + benefits incl. salary packaging

Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN) is responsible for increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and coordination of health services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes.
Working together with community and health industry partners, WVPHN is committed to strengthening the primary healthcare system, based on local needs. About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Finance and Contracts Support Officer to join WVPHN on a part-time, fixed-term basis.
In this role, you will provide essential finance and contracts administration support across the organisation, contributing to effective contract management, claims processing, and financial operations. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organisational and funding requirements.
Key Selection Criteria (KSCs)
Essential:
* Demonstrated experience in finance administration, including contracts, claims/accounts, and general business administration.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate financial and contract records in line with internal controls and compliance requirements.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders.
* Strong written, numeracy and verbal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Desirable:
* Experience in contract management or contract administration within a health, community services or not-for-profit environment.
* Qualifications in finance and/or administration.
* Experience using TechnologyOne or similar financial or contract management systems.
Employment requirements
* Be prepared to undergo a National Police Check, prior to appointment
* A current Victorian driver’s licence
* Working rights in Australia (visa, permanent resident, citizen)
