Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to originate mortgages for members. The ideal candidate will expand our mortgage sales opportunities through various channels and provide an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, and members to increase our market share.
* Take complete and accurate loan applications into the computerized system and obtain all necessary supporting documents.
* Pre-qualify members for identified mortgage programs and match them with our products that best meet their needs.
* Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with members in accordance with our policies and procedures.
* Lock loans for members in accordance with our policies and procedures.
