* Promote and demonstrate a continuous improvement philosophy and model case management practices on best practice literature and research, engaging in effective quality assurance practices and procedures.
* Apply sound professional judgment in the ongoing identification and assessment of individual risk, with a paramount consideration for community safety, escalating situations where necessary.
* Contributes to the planning of appropriate community based activities and source support service systems and training opportunities for sex offenders.
* Contributes in the identification of service gaps for sex offenders and assist in the development of systems or agreements that aim to fill such gaps and report against the development of local initiatives and service plans.
