Our client is seeking a Data Entry individual to support the Customer Service operations team with processing orders.
Job Description
Pos ition Details:
o Location: Moorabbin, Victoria
o Hours: Part-time, can be flexible between 8am - 2pm / 9 AM - 3 PM, across 5 days Mon-Fri.
o Contract: Weekly rolling contract
o Start Date: ASAP - Immediate start post interview
Key Responsibilities:
o Working with the customer service team to support data entry and administration
o Process orders through the websiteportal and dashboard
o Verify stock availability and manage on-hold inventory as needed
o Ensure correct payment processing and follow up when required
o Coordinate with finance, service, and warehouse teams for stock verification
o Outbound communications for payment processing or customer detail verification
o No inbound customer service calls, complaint handling, or warranty management
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
o Entry-level role; Training is provided
o High attention to detail-errors in processing could result in financial losses (essential)
o Strong communication skills required
o Ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems
o Process-driven mindset with a strong focus on accuracy
o Strong technical proficiency, particularly with Shopify and NetSuite (desired)
