Ongoing Full Time – Multiple positions – Located in the Hunter Central Coast region with flexible working arrangements available – Clerk Grade 9/10 Salary ranging from $129,464 to $142,665 + super and annual leave loading.
About The Role
Lead and manage cleaning operations across the region, ensuring each site meets high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver cleaning standards and achieve KPI targets.
* Oversee team performance to ensure consistent service quality.
* Lead and support a team of supervisors and cleaners across diverse sites and stakeholders.
* Implement effective systems and processes to support frontline staff.
* Analyse trends and insights to drive continuous improvement in operations.
* Provide strong, hands‐on leadership and coaching to build team capability.
* Embed a culture of service excellence, proactive safety, and ongoing improvement.

You Bring
* Proven experience managing cleaning or facilities contracts, meeting service standards and KPIs.
* Strong leadership skills; ability to coach, mentor and support others to succeed.
* Capable of building effective relationships and resolving issues professionally and with urgency.
* Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG.
Essential Requirements Of The Role
* Current and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to site locations.
* Current and valid Working with Children Check clearance for paid employment.
* Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the value of public education.
