Facilities Administrator Role Overview
Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative and facilities-related tasks.
* Interact with staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors across multiple locations
* Process supplier invoices on a weekly basis
* Coordinate staff amenities, cleaning, visitor access, and executive room requirements
* Manage mail and courier services between locations
You will also oversee records management, perform general clerical duties, and support facilities maintenance and repairs.
