We've partnered exclusively with one of Sydney's most established and high-performing Tier 2 Property Development groups to find an exceptional old school Site Manager who knows their way around a high-density residential tower construction site and a set of drawings.
In this rare opportunity, you'll work directly with the CEO / Director, who has built the business from the ground up, as well as their long-standing Group Construction Manager.
That means no red tape, no layers of management to navigate—just straight-up impact, real influence, and the chance to make your mark on these large-scale, high-profile residential projects.
This role will be ready for you to start mid-January ****.
What We're Looking For:
A trade-qualified leader who truly understands how a job site runs.
You know all about local building codes, regs, and how to get things approved
Confidence across the development & construction sides of residential builds
Proven experience across high density residential towers
A strong communicator who can get along with anyone from tradies to top-tier stakeholders.
You've got a sharp eye for detail and you're not afraid to tackle problems head-on.
Ability to keep everything moving smoothly, even when it's busy.
Someone who thrives from being on-site, not hiding behind a desk.
A true team player – who leads from the front, can get the best out of their people
Organised, driven and quality-focused – You keep timelines tight and standards high.
