**What we're looking for**:We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with an upbeat attitude to join our expanding, fun and dynamic team! This is a unique opportunity for someone with superb technical and interpersonal skills looking to progress their career working with a reputable industry leader.
**Your new role**:As the AR officer, you will be primarily responsible for AR support and customer communication but will be exposed to other areas in this multi-skilled team.
- Processing of multiple branch customer receipts in ERP
- Daily bank reconciliation for multiple accounts
- Follow up on, reconcile accounts and allocate payments
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities
- Generate accounts receivable reports
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Process credit card payments
- Process adjustments to customer accounts
- Assist with month-end closing
- Ensure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety requirements and other Company Policies and Procedures
- Any other duties as required within your skill level and qualifications

- Previous accounts receivable experience
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of general accounting principles

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word - Intermediate)

- Strong general administration skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills at all levels
