ABOUT THE ROLE As the Senior Project Engineer you will assist in coordinating and supporting all phases of construction projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you will ensure effective communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders while managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring effective management of all stages.
Handle project documentation, including schedules, reports, and contracts, while acting as a liaison between teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain seamless communication.
Support procurement efforts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontractors in line with contract specifications.
Track project progress, assist with budget management, and ensure projects stay within scope and on schedule.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and all relevant regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or relevant industry experience.
5 + years of experience in residential construction project coordination or administration.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar tools).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
