Responsibilities
* Develop and implement customised account plans for key strategic customers
* Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across our product and service offering
* Monitor account performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics
* Manage contract negotiations and renewals
* Foster strong partnerships with branch teams, technical sales specialists, and operations
* Participate in industry events and forums across North and Central Queensland
Qualifications
* Proven experience in strategic account management or B2B industrial sales
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
* The ability to build trusted relationships at multiple organisational levels
* Experience collaborating across cross‐functional teams
* Experience in bearings, power transmission and condition monitoring technologies
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Commitment to safety and compliance standards
* Experience within industrial, manufacturing, mining, or related sectors highly regarded
