Regional Sales Manager Location: North Sydney
Salary: $150K – $170K + Super + Uncapped Commission

Why You'll Love This Role: Uncapped commission – get rewarded for your performance and your team's Lead a collaborative team of Business Development Managers across NSW and QLD Be part of a values-driven business that prioritises learning, development, and career growth Play a key role in enhancing relationships with valued industry partners and driving market expansion Your Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development Manage and mentor a team of BDMs, aligning them with strategic sales objectives Set performance goals and KPIs, driving accountability and high performance Cultivate a team culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Sales Strategy & Execution Drive and execute the national sales strategy alongside the GM of Sales & Marketing Oversee the development of account and territory plans to maximise revenue and referrals Use data-driven insights to set targets, track performance, and identify growth opportunities Industry Partner Engagement Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners – panel shops, tow companies, brokers, and more Work closely with your team and partners to uncover new business opportunities and strengthen existing ties Ensure partners understand and value your service offering and are set up for success Training & Market Insight Equip your team with the tools and training needed to excel in both sales and client management Stay across industry trends and competitor movements to keep your team ahead of the curve Share market intelligence and partner feedback with leadership to support ongoing strategic direction Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, operations, accident management, fleet, and legal teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies Report on sales performance, market trends, and team effectiveness to senior leadership About You: Minimum of 5 years in a sales management or senior sales leadership role Proven success in building high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets Background in industrial or field sales is essential Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales processes and client engagement Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Experience in the automotive, insurance or industrial industry is highly regarded Ready to lead from the front?
