Business Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and building successful business relationships with new and existing partners, increasing sales volume by providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic plans to grow new business opportunities
* Present to senior management to win new business
* BUILD effective relationships with key accounts through account management tools
* Report on market development to the team, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
* Present to senior executives as required
* Be proactive in daily call-out activities
* Have a thorough understanding of hardware, software, and services
* Increase sales volume from key accounts and expand the trading base
* Capitalize on sales opportunities and identify weaknesses in the sales process with key accounts
Requirements:
* TAFE qualifications or university degree preferably in IT; and/or 2 or more years' experience in a similar role
* A current and valid driver's license is required, and the use of your own personal motor vehicle that is well maintained/serviced and comprehensively insured are essential
