Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns through different sales channels.
Create and design digital marketing materials, including eDM, CRM, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and social content.
Monitor and analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance.
Assist in organizing events and promotions to boost brand awareness.
Handle general administrative duties as needed.
We are looking for a candidate with:
A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating and designing content.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (including AI) and platforms.
Full competence in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
Experience with Klaviyo or other EDM platforms.
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising.
Strong ability to write engaging copy.
Excellent customer-facing skills in the digital space.
A can-do and resourceful attitude.

Excellent understanding of beauty trends and the industry.
