Our campus has dedicated outdoor play areas with an amazing timber fort, a compost bin and an edible farm! Our age‐based indoor spaces are specifically created to encourage children in their learning and growth, with a focus on safety and natural elements. Our Ferny Hills team value teamwork, collaboration, respect, and passion. We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our team.

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher qualification)
- Working with Children Check
- Experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of relevant Early Childhood frameworks & regulations
- Strong understanding of mandatory reporting obligations
- Strategic and cutting‐edge thinking
- Strong resilience with the ability to adapt to change and face challenges with a positive mindset
- Experience opening or working in a new centre desirable
- Experience in building and maintaining positive team culture
