Experience from either of the following areas would be well regarded but not essential;
· Hotel Engineer
· Hotel /Aged Care maintenance
· Experienced with trade qualifications
· Property maintenance

· Building experience but not a pre-requisite
· Computer literacy (mid-level)
· Organisational skills
· Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis
· Experience in the management of a preventative maintenance schedule
· Prepared to be a proactive member of the leadership team
· Understanding of/or be prepared to support Fire & Safety & Evacuation procedures
· Liaison with external contractors where required
· Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, but not essential
· Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
